Photo Frame Factory respects copyright. This page explains how to tell us that material on photoframefactory.shop infringes your rights, and how we respond. It follows the notice-and-takedown practice of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the intermediary obligations of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. What is ours

The page text, layout, policy documents and our own photographs of stock belong to Photo Frame Factory. Product images supplied by a maker or distributor remain theirs and are used to show what we sell.

2. If you own material published here

Write to [email protected] with Copyright notice in the subject line and include:

1. your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
2. identification of the work — a link to where it is published legitimately, or a copy;
3. the exact URL on photoframefactory.shop where it appears, and which part of the page it is;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them;
6. your physical or electronic signature.

3. What we do

• We acknowledge your notice within 24 hours.
• We review it and, where it is complete and appears well founded, remove or disable the material within 36 hours of acknowledgement.
• We tell you what we did.
• We keep a record of the notice and the action taken.

4. Counter-notice

If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to the same address with Copyright counter-notice in the subject line, identifying the material, saying why you are entitled to use it, and giving your contact details and signature. We will consider it and restore the material where the objection is sound.

5. Repeat infringement

We remove material from any source that repeatedly infringes, and we stop using that source.

6. Incomplete notices

A notice missing the items in section 2 cannot be acted on, but we will not simply drop it — we reply and say what is missing.

7. Grievance Officer

Copyright complaints are handled by the proprietor of Photo Frame Factory, who is also our Grievance Officer under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
