These terms govern your use of photoframefactory.shop and every order placed on it. The site is operated by Photo Frame Factory, a sole proprietorship based in Thane, Maharashtra. Using the site means you accept them.
1. The seller
Photo Frame Factory is a sole proprietorship registered in India, trading entirely online — there is no shop, showroom or framing counter open to the public. The address at the foot of this page is our registered and dispatch address. Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy each form part of this agreement.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older, or supervised by a parent or guardian, and able to contract under Indian law. Guest checkout is available. Activity under your login is treated as yours, so keep the password private. We may suspend an account used for fraud, for abuse of the returns process, or for interference with the site.
3. Products, sizes and images
We publish the outside frame size, the photo size it takes with and without the mat, the glazing (real glass or acrylic), the finish, and whether it hangs, stands, or does both on every product page, as measured or as the maker states them. Where a figure is not available we leave it blank rather than estimate it.
- Frame size and photo size are different numbers. A frame described as 11×14 inches with a mat usually holds an 8×10 inch photograph. Both figures are on the page; read the one you need.
- Wood and finish vary. Grain, tone and knots differ between two frames of the same finish. Photographs are taken of representative stock, so a small variation is normal and is not a fault.
- Glazing is stated. Where a piece uses acrylic rather than glass, the product page says so. Where we cannot verify the glazing type we describe it as glazing and nothing more.
- Screen colour is not a promise. Monitors differ; a finish can read warmer or cooler than the photograph.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include everything payable.The business is not registered for GST. GST registration is not applicable to the business at this time, so GST is not charged separately on orders and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. An order invoice is included with the parcel; it is not a GST tax invoice. The price shown is the final price — nothing extra is charged at checkout. We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards or PayPal, and we never store payment details. Where a price or specification is displayed in error we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full; we will always tell you why.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when checkout completes, which is why an out-of-stock frame or a cracked pane found during the pre-dispatch check can still be refunded in full at that stage.
6. Delivery
India only, dispatched from Thane, Maharashtra. Handling 1 to 2 business days, transit 3 to 7 business days, total 4 to 9 business days. Free at ₹999 and above, flat ₹59 below that. Estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery, which is why the carton is worth checking before you sign.
7. Returns
10 days from delivery on unhung, unused frames complete in the original packaging with the invoice, refunded within 5-7 business days of approval. Cracked glazing must be reported within 48 hours with the unboxing video. The Return & Refund Policy governs the detail.
8. Warranty and liability
We do not offer a warranty of our own and we do not claim one on a maker’s behalf. What we stand behind is condition on arrival. To the extent Indian law permits, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Safe use
Framed glass is heavy and brittle. Fix hooks into a sound wall with the right plug for the surface, hang large pieces on two points rather than one, and keep frames away from beds and cots. We do not supply wall plugs or tools, and we are not liable for damage or injury caused by a fitting that was not suited to your wall.
10. Intellectual property
The text, layout and photographs on this site are ours and may not be copied for commercial use. If you believe material here infringes your copyright, our DMCA page sets out how to tell us.
11. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, attempt to breach its security, submit false orders, or use it to send unlawful or abusive material. We may refuse service where any of these occur.
12. Privacy
What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: what is needed to take payment, pack a parcel and satisfy tax and consumer law — no more.
13. Grievance redressal
Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, complaints may be escalated to our Grievance Officer, the proprietor of Photo Frame Factory, at the address and email below. Acknowledged within 24 hours, resolved within 15 days.
14. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order. Indian law governs them.
