This page sets out the limits of what Photo Frame Factory says about the picture frames and display pieces it sells, so that nothing on this site is read as a promise it was never meant to be.

1. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer

We buy finished frames and display pieces and sell them online. We do not manufacture, and we are not an authorised agent, distributor or service centre for any maker. Where a product page states a material, a size or a glazing type, it is what we measured or what the maker states — not a certification issued by us.

2. Sizes, finishes and photographs

• Frame size and photo size are different figures; both are published, and the one you need depends on whether you use the mat.
• Wood grain, tone and knots vary between two frames of the same finish. Small variation is normal and is not a defect.
• Photographs are taken of representative stock under shop lighting. Screens differ, so a finish can read warmer or cooler than the image.
• Where we cannot verify the glazing or the timber species, we say glazing or wood-finish rather than name something we cannot confirm.

3. No warranty of our own

We do not offer a warranty, guarantee or certification of our own, and we do not claim one on a maker’s behalf. What we stand behind is condition on arrival: glazing intact, moulding sound, mat cut as described, hardware present. Report a fault within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and it is ours to put right.

4. Fitting and safety

Hanging a framed piece is work done in your home, on a wall we cannot see. Use a plug suited to the surface, hang large pieces on two points, and keep frames away from beds and cots. We do not supply wall plugs or tools and we cannot advise on a specific wall; where the piece is heavy or the wall is hollow, please use someone who fits them for a living.

5. Not professional advice

Anything on this site or our blog about framing, mounting or care is general information written for ordinary domestic use. It is not conservation advice. Original art, documents of value and photographs of archival importance should go to a conservation framer, not into a shop-bought frame.

6. Prices and availability

Prices, stock and delivery estimates can change, and an error is possible. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added to your order. The price shown is the final price — nothing extra is charged at checkout. Where something was displayed wrongly we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full, and we will say why.

7. Links from this site

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

8. Liability

To the extent Indian law permits, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
