This policy explains what Photo Frame Factory collects, why, how long it stays, and how to have it removed. It applies to photoframefactory.shop and to email you send us.

1. What we collect
- Order details — name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number, email address, and what you bought.
- Payment confirmation — that a UPI credit was received, and the reference. Not your card, PIN or banking login: We do not accept cards or PayPal, and we never store payment details.
- Correspondence — emails you send us, and the photographs or unboxing video you attach to a claim.
- Account details — if you create an account, your login and saved addresses.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and pages viewed, kept for security and for fixing faults.
2. What we do not collect
We do not collect card numbers, CVV codes or UPI PINs, because payment is authorised inside your own application. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not ask for identity documents, income details or anything about your household.
3. Why we hold it
- To take payment and dispatch your order.
- To answer a question, a return or a breakage claim — the unboxing video exists for exactly this.
- To keep the invoice and order records that tax and consumer law require.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the returns process.
4. Who we share it with
Only those who need it to complete your order: the courier (Delhivery / DTDC) receives the delivery name, address and phone number; the UPI provider handles the payment leg; our hosting and email providers store the site and the mailbox. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not pass it to advertisers. We disclose it to authorities only where the law compels it.
5. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: eight years, as tax law requires.
- Claim photographs and unboxing videos: until the claim closes, then deleted.
- Account data: until you ask us to close the account.
- Server logs: a few months, then overwritten.
6. Cookies
The site uses the cookies WooCommerce needs to keep a cart and a login working. Turning them off breaks checkout. We do not run advertising or profiling cookies of our own.
7. Your rights
Email us to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within one working day and act within 30 days. Records that tax law obliges us to keep cannot be deleted early; we will say so plainly rather than quietly ignore the request.
8. Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection, access to the order system is limited to the proprietor, and payment never passes through our pages. No system is perfect: if a breach affected your data we would tell you what happened and what to do.
9. Children
The site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
Material changes are published here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated policy.
